  1. Husband's Delight

  3. 1 lb ground beef
  4. 1 tsp sugar
  5. 1 clove garlic or garlic salt 
  6. 1 tsp salt 
  7. pepper to taste 
  8. 2 sm cans tomato sauce
  9. 5 green onions 
  10. 1 pint sour cream 
  11. 8 oz pkg cream cheese 
  12. 8 oz pkg sm noodles 
  13. 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese 
  14. Crisco

  16. Brown beef and drain. Add garlic, salt, pepper, sugar, and tomato sauce. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Cook noodles and drain. Chop parts of tops and bottoms of green onions and mix with cream cheese and sour cream. Grease a 9" x 13" baking dish with Crisco. Fill dish with layers of (from bottom up) noodles, meat sauce, sour cream mixture, grated cheese ù 2 times over. Bake at 350░F for 20 minutes.
